Hypnotherapy is designed to access the beliefs and experiences that are stored in the deeper levels of consciousness. It is recommended when one is having difficulties in their current life that have not resolved with trauma therapy or traditional psychotherapy, but is also chosen by curious souls who seek a profound spiritual experience. Some examples of issues that are responsive to hypnotherapy include: addictions, chronic suicidal ideation, preoccupation with unresolved grief and loss, chronic relationship problems and limitations due to unexplained fears, phobias and/or physical pain.

Hypnosis can provide you with the opportunity to connect with the energy of your higher Self, Spirit Guides or a significant person in your life (living or dead) and have a healing corrective experience.

All hypnosis involves an induction, a state of relaxation that allows you to access information that is available in different levels of consciousness. I specialize in Life Between Lives (LBL) Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression (PLR) Hypnotherapy and Gestalt Hypnotherapy. 

The cost for this service varies depending on the type of hypnotherapy you choose and is described more fully under the descriptions for PLR and LBL.

Life Between Lives Regression

A Life Between Lives Regression (LBL) has been described by many as a profoundly transformational experience.  Using hypnosis, an LBL offers you the opportunity to experience the spiritual realm and to connect with your higher Self and your Spirit Guide(s). You may also connect with other souls in the spiritual realm and in your soul group, be reminded of your purpose, your life lessons, and the script that you chose for this incarnation, see other incarnations/lifetimes that you have had, and get guidance and healing from higher spiritual entities.

Past Life Regression

A Past Life Regression (PLR) can shift the energetic and karmic influences on your current life circumstances. In a PLR, using hypnosis, you will journey to the past life that is most relevant to the current issue or challenges that you are experiencing.  As you experience this past life firsthand, you experience all of the sensations and emotions associated with it. This firsthand experience has the potential to dramatically shift your feelings about your current life and your current issues. For those interested in a Life Between Lives (LBL) Regression, it is highly recommended that you first experience a PLR. More explanation about this recommendation can be found on the FAQ page.

Quantum Journeys

A quantum journey is similar to a guided meditation, but so much more. Every journey begins with an inspirational conversation with your consciousness facilitator (me). During this conversation, you are supported in formulating a high vibrational intention for your journey. This intention is determined by the outcome or benefits that you desire for yourself and possibly also for the collective consciousness and the betterment of humanity. You are supported and energetically held with care throughout your quantum journey, as I assist you with accessing the expanded realms of consciousness and higher levels of vibration. While each journey has a specific purpose or focus, your experience will be unique to you. 

Depending on the type of quantum journey you choose, your journey will likely include some of the following opportunities or experiences.

1. Accessing wisdom, healing, skills, or resources from your soul lineage and/or from your other existences in other dimensions.

2. Getting support for your current life as an empath.

3. Clearing energetic inheritance and intergenerational trauma.

4. Transcending current physical and/or emotional distress to achieve resonance with your natural state of love.

5. Acquiring a deep knowing of who you are as a spiritual being and why you chose to come to earth at this time.

Supportive Trauma Recovery

All of the trauma therapies that I offer are designed to improve your ability to regulate your emotions; so that your emotions no longer control your life. Additionally, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Lifespan Integration (LI) can remove trauma information from the mind/body system, without being re-traumatizing. Complex Integration of Multiple Brain Systems (CIMBS) is a gentle therapy that enhances the flexibility of the brain systems.
